Shipping policy
Overview
US2AU sources and imports BuzzBallz products from licensed US retailers on your behalf as your authorised buying agent. Because every order involves an international purchase, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery in Australia, shipping timeframes are longer than domestic orders. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Orders may take up to 28 business days from the date of confirmed payment to arrive at your nominated Australian address. This timeframe is made up of three stages:
- US retail processing: 1–3 business days
- International freight: 7–14 business days
- Australian customs clearance: 3–11 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Customs Clearance
Customs clearance is conducted by the Australian Border Force, an independent government authority. We have no control over the timing or outcome of customs processing. Delays caused by customs inspection, examination, or additional documentation requests are outside our control and do not constitute a breach of our obligations to you.
Delivery
Delivery is arranged by Vosy Logistics via a licensed courier to your nominated Australian address. An adult signature and identity verification (18+) is required at the point of delivery. If no eligible person is available to receive the delivery, the courier will make redelivery arrangements. We are unable to authorise goods to be left unattended. We do not deliver to PO boxes or freight forwarding addresses.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 3 business days after your order is confirmed for tracking details to become available.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or there is a shortfall, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at us2auimports@gmail.com. If your order has not arrived within 35 business days of your confirmed payment date, contact us and we will investigate with our freight and logistics partners.
Delays
A shipping delay alone does not entitle you to a refund or cancellation once your US purchase has been executed. By placing an order you acknowledge that international shipping and customs clearance involve inherent timeframe variability. Please do not initiate a payment dispute or chargeback solely on the basis of a shipping delay where your order is still in transit.
